Awesome service by the team at CTS Appliance Repairs. I texted them in the evening about my oven that had stopped heating up and Omar was out the next day with it all fixed in 15 minutes. My refrigerator had been making a noise from the back of the freezer, so I shared a video with several repair centres for advice. One technician quoted $250, another quoted $190 for a visit plus fan replacement, and a local repairer offered a $110 call-out fee including 30 minutes of labour, with additional charges for parts and extra time.
However, CTS Appliance provided a simple and honest suggestion—to switch off the fridge for two hours. I followed their advice, and the issue was resolved completely without any cost.

Omar was great to deal with. Friendly , professional, and super easy to communicate with. Got the job done quickly with no fuss, and the price was very reasonable. Dishwasher’s working like new again. Would definitely recommend!

Omar, CTS Repairs, delivered a great oven repair. My Euro 90cm free-standing dual fuel oven sparked and smoked. Thats what you get when you don't clean the oven for 13 years (my bad). And these ovens costs $4,000+ to replace today.
Omar came to the rescue, inspected, replaced parts and the oven is like new again. Highly recommended, thabks Omar.

We had a fault with our Electrolux Washer-Dryer. We reached out to CTS on a Sunday and got an immediate response and they were here on Monday. Everything was fixed in less than 30mins. Excellent service and price was great too. Would Highly recommend this company.

My LG smart investor was showing a pe message which meant the sensor was not working. I rang Omar and was able to give him the details and model number. He rang as soon as he had the correct part required and gave me a firm time, and he was dead on time. My washing machine was up and running in 10 minutes. Couldn't fault him. He's a truly lovely person to deal with.

Omar is a competent and trustworthy young man who anyone would feel happy to have come into their home as a tradesman. He is personable and accommodating and does a great job in a quick and efficient manner. He fixed the door on our front loading washing machine.
